Inclusion and Sexuality in Catholic Higher Education: Possibilities for Institutional Change is an analysis of effecting organizational change in Catholic higher education regarding matters of sexuality across 17 different Catholic colleges and universities in the United States.

Inclusion and Sexuality in Catholic Higher Education: Possibilities for Institutional Change is a look at how employees of Catholic colleges and universities across the U.S. effected change at their universities around matters of sexuality. Study participants described the supports and barriers to change, their communication strategies for effecting change, and their hopes for the future of Catholic higher education. I offer theoretical and contextual background for Catholic higher education in the U.S. and include insights that Catholic theology can offer to various emergent themes throughout the book. After examining the data, I offer a framework for effecting change and guidelines for institutions of Catholic higher education grounded in the data and years of experience, research, and networking in Catholic higher education.
